Deluxe Dahlia is located on the border of Msida, Ta’Xbiex and Gzira. Few minutes walk to the sea and the Gzira / Msida promenade. The house contains 4 bedrooms with double beds, 4 bathrooms, a huge open air common living room and a kitchen area, and back garden. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, microwave oven,  toaster, kettle,  fridge and other kitchen amenities. There is also a dining that can accommodate  8 people.  Dahlia features a front garden with plants and a sunny back terrace for nice dinners or morning coffees. 

In this well designed, spacious house you can feel like home. This house style is not so common in Malta as their traditional architect is with long corridors and usually dark rooms. Our street is very quiet although really close to the main road. 

3 minutes walk and you are at the coast line, in a beautiful green park in Gzira. 5 minutes more and you are in the heart of Gzira where you find restaurants, bars, other shops. Plus 5 minute walk and you are already in Sliema, at the Ferries to Valletta and Comino. 

The bus stop to the direction of Valletta is 2 minutes walk. The travel takes approximately 10 minutes. And if you walk to the other side you are in Msida, at the marina within 5 minutes.
