Seaside Penthouse is located in Msida, close to the Msida church, 100 meter from the Marina seafront. The brand new penthouse has 2 bedrooms, 1 with en-site, 1 with a separate bathroom.  In the main bedroom you have a double bed, in the other bedroom 2 separated beds. Living room and kitchen part, other areas and free WiFi is available. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, a microwave oven,  a toaster, kettle,  fridge and so on.   

The penthouse has a huge balcony / terrace for sunbathing,  breakfasts, dinners and chatting. 

In this very new and spacious apartment  you can relax and enjoy the sea view from your football-court-size terrace. The church, the main street and the marina is very close, still your street is very quiet. 

1 minute to be at the coast line, and the main square of Msida. 1 minute more and you can choose from the restaurants, bars, other shops.  

The bus stop to the direction of Valletta is 1 minute walk, to the other parts of this island is 3 minutes walk.
